I provide minor electrical work, basic plumbing repairs, appliance adjustments, drywall and painting, fixture installations, carpentry, smart home setup, exterior repairs, and routine home maintenance.

2. Do you give free estimates?

Yes. I offer free estimates by phone, text, or email. Sending photos helps me give an accurate quote quickly.

3. Are you licensed and insured?

I am fully insured and perform non-licensed handyman tasks that comply with Florida’s guidelines for minor home repairs.

4. What areas do you serve?

I proudly serve Brandon, Riverview, FishHawk, Sun City Center, Tampa, and nearby surrounding communities.

5. Is there a minimum service charge?

Yes. Most visits require a small minimum to cover travel and time, depending on the project type.

6. How quickly can you schedule my job?

I strive to offer fast scheduling, often with same-day or next-day availability depending on workload.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, card, and digital payments such as Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo.

8. Do you install customer-supplied materials?

Yes. If you already purchased fixtures, appliances, or hardware, I can install them.

9. What kinds of electrical work can you do?

I can replace light fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and perform minor non-licensed electrical tasks.

10. What plumbing tasks can you handle?

I can fix leaks, replace faucets, repair running toilets, install disposals, swap supply lines, and perform other non-licensed plumbing repairs.

11. Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. All work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, I’ll make it right.

12. Can you handle multiple small tasks in one visit?

Absolutely. Many clients hire me for a “honey-do list” of several small projects completed in one appointment.

13. Do you work with homeowners, renters, and landlords?

Yes. I help homeowners, tenants, property owners, and rental managers with repairs and maintenance.

14. Can you help assemble furniture or mount TVs?

Yes. I offer furniture assembly, TV mounting, shelving, curtain rods, mirrors, and décor installation.
